Kelly,

Very good insight about getting everyone on board.

You mentioned that "there are many choices that enable even a very small business to benefit from CRM". Perhaps a follow-up article will help :-)

Thanks for the comment! Fitbit as a company seems very "transparent" and willing to show behind-the-scenes activity as well as respond publicly to user's comments/concerns. I wonder if there are different people moderating who may handle messages differently...i.e. not allowing somewhat negative information to be posted...

I'm suprised people have been waiting so long for Fitbits; with venture capital support I'm surprised they are having difficulty shipping product now that it is complete. By the way, I was in the Scottsdale Microsoft Store a few days ago, and they had a number of the Fitbits in stock.

I've had my Fitbit since September and generally like it. However, Fitbit staff does moderate their Community Forum in a way I find troublesome. When I post, I can see my post and may even receive an answer from staff. However, if I log in under a different name, the post may or may not show. The poster never knows this and can only wonder why his post did not receive a response. For example, I posted a url to this blog article. I received an answer from James that 60 Fitbits had been sent to Microsoft in September, but no more would be sent until January. Obviously, people who have been waiting over a year might be upset to learn this, so my post wasn't shown.
